Joule's Korean-French-American cuisine takes you to places
you have never imagined. Joule gives Wallingford a jolt. Love at First Bite.
Joule’s stylish space successfully mixes things up, with its comfortable urban décor and wildly inventive menu. Before diving into a well-seasoned slab of beef, share some starters. Smoked tofu with an exotic mushroom confit will satisfy the most dedicated meat lover with deep flavors and silky, earthy textures. The menu changes regularly, but the simple green salad dressed in a Korean-inspired...
PATIO WIRE— The patio at Pono Ranch, the newish Ballard spot that opened with no "subway tile, no house-cured meat program, and nary an ampersand to its name," is featured on Nosh Pit. Outdoor seats are just off the Burke-Gilman and there's a fire pit and an unfussy food and drink list that includes Rainier beer and jalapeno poppers. Check out the slide show. [Nosh Pit]

It's pretty much proven that biscuits and gravy taste better on the weekend. Avoiding an hour plus wait for a table may mean getting up before 10 a.m., but any of these classic spots and new picks sweeten the deal. Here are 23 Seattle brunches to try now.
Lark's John Sundstrom is opening a new restaurant, raw bar, and sandwich spot a stone's throw from his 12th Ave. restaurant. Seattle Met's Allecia Vermillion reports that the James Beard-award winning chef and his business partners will launch a 40-seat dining room serving dinner nightly, lunch during the workweek, and weekend brunch on the ground level and a cocktail and raw bar on the...
I loved the eggplant and rib eye. The flavors were different and showcased the owner's love of pickles. There were pickles in everything! The only thing we weren't crazy about were the desserts. But, everything else was amazing!
Several very compelling dishes here! Stands out because of that
I liked the creativity with the entrees. But not impressed with the Black Forrest cake. Server was knowledgeable, helpful and attentive. Expoensive
I picked Joule on a whim and will definitely be back. The service was great and the food truly outstanding. The marriage of ingredients in dishes was blissful!
My favorite restaurant in Seattle. Always a treat!

The chefs at Joule combine flavors from France, Spain, Korea, and Morocco to produce delectable and creative dishes.
Joule brings sophistication and elegant dining to Wallingford in Seattle. It is known for tender octopus but also has a zuchini pancake with shrimp and a smoked chili vinaigrette and spicy beef soup.
The eight stools at the counter have the best view into the kitchen to watch the chefs at work.
