Solaio, our upstairs dining room, is a charming and beautifully decorated venue with a wine-cellar motif. Tulio can accommodate up to 75 people for sit-down events and up to 100 people for a reception. There is no room rental fee charged for using Solaio. At Tulio, we strive to make each event special. At this "old-style" ristorante connected to Downtown's Hotel Vintage Park, chef Walter Pisano turns out "high-class" Italian fare "from apéritif through dessert"; a "must" for a "see-and-be-seen business lunch", but also "popular" with the "pre-theater" crowd, the "warm", "dark-paneled" space gets "very busy", but "helpful, noninvasive" staffers keep things running smoothly.

I make yearly trips to Seattle and always look for new restaurants to try. Trulio was our favorite dining experience of all the restaurants we've been to in Seattle. We sat in a spacious booth and were lucky to be served by a consummate professional, James Loop. This was third time we have eaten at sea star. The food is always very good . We always order the swordfish when available. This time the entree was slightly over cooked and a little dry but "still excellent". When sea star is not up to par it still is head and shoulders above most other restaurants. However the noise level is quite high and detracts from truly enjoying the evening and meal....
