At this "old-style" ristorante connected to Downtown's Hotel Vintage Park, chef Walter Pisano turns out "high-class" Italian fare "from apéritif through dessert"; a "must" for a "see-and-be-seen business lunch", but also "popular" with the "pre-theater" crowd, the "warm", "dark-paneled" space gets "very busy", but "helpful, noninvasive" staffers keep things running smoothly.

We are going again soon to try something else.
We hadn't been to Tulio in quite some time and were looking forward to it. Even though we have Open Table's VIP status, our table was in the middle of the room and very uncomfortable. Our chairs were kicked by the staff many times and never an apology. The food was delicious, however, the restaurant setup is so poorly and the staff extremely rude, we probably won't be back.
