This is the spot. Prime location, 24/7 and huge, so there's never a wait. Came on a Saturday morning and was seated quickly on the patio after they shoved some tables together for us. Our waiter Jose hooked us up the whole meal. Don't miss out on those limited-time-only cupcake pancakes - was not disappointed. All in all, it's still just an IHOP, but it's one of the better ones out there.

I ordered 2 sides of bacon and they charged me $3.99, $4.34 with tax. When I brought it back to work and opened it up, it was 2 pieces of bacon, not even two sides. I called to be sure they charged me correctly and the answer was yes. They charge $3.99 for two pieces of bacon.....absolutely insanely …

I am an IHOP addict from childhood! There are some times when I'm disappointed about my hash browns. But the pancakes are always on point! This time, I tried the red velvet pancakes. I thought they might be too sweet. But the cake, delicately decorated by cream cheese icing, was just right and no syrup was necessary.
