I can truly say that the service at this target was impressive. I walked in looking for an item that was supposed to be on hold for me in the electronics dept and too my surprise it was not there. I asked an associate to assist me but he did not find it. Another employee (By the name Agueda) noticed I was becoming very upset because I could not find the movie that was on hold for me. I explained to her that i drove several miles for this movie and I could not believe that I was not on hold. Since this movie could not be found there, she searched web sites and lastly she found it in the candy aisle in the front registers with other movies. I was so happy that she found it. She understood how los angeles traffic made me upset and having to drive back in it, without the movie would of made me angry. But knowing that the customer service was made better I would definitely continue to shop at Target.
