I was fed up so switched from Cox to Direct TV, was so wonderful having good service for a change and no outages. Last summer we decided to go back to Cox to add the home security package too....

WORST SERVICE EVER. Don't walk away, RUN. If you can get Direct TV do it. If you can't, ANYTHING is better than Cox.
