This is a nice, new facility in a great location. It could be terrific hotel, but our room fell just a bit short because of inattention to details. The room itself was large and nicely decorated. Was there for a quick weekend in Arizona. Easy to find. We got in late and got the last parking spot (otherwise, I don't know where we would've parked). Check-in was quick and easy. Not too many restaurant options within walking distance, but very close drive to good food.

I stayed here with my family for a week. We were here to watch baseball and basketball and the Holiday Inn is in a perfect location as it is less then a 1 km walk to the ball park.

The room was a great size, hotel staff excellent and the daily breakfast just what we needed to start the day.

I used the business centre and it was an excellent facility - free to use.
