They charged me a fee of $75 to hold my reservation. I've never been charged by a kennel to hold my reservation.I had to cancel due to family and work issues that came up at the last minute. So, I ended up paying $75 for no services rendered. It was very frustrating.

Their daycare service is five stars for me! My shy puppy has grown a lot since coming. I am glad to have this option for her once a week. I'd bring her more if I could afford it!
