You know its a great place when you turn on the road and the dogs start going nuts. They love it and are sad when they have to come home. The staff is amazing. I drive from Janesville to take them here, if that tells you anything. :)

We love Cherokee Kennels. We've been using them for about 25 years for all three of our dogs. Our current dog is more sensitive than the other two and they take special care to make sure he's comfortable by putting him in a quieter area and things like that. I can tell they really care about the animals and are happy to see them, and vice-versa... our dogs have always been happy to go there,...

Our dogs received excellent care at Cherokee Kennels. They are very caring and even alerted us to a health issue that went undetected at home.

We have taken our Brittany to Cherokee Kennels on several occasion over the past 3 years. Each time we are greeted with a smile and they even call our dog by name. The setting of the Kennel is like none other. Great big oaks, lots of room for the dogs to run and clean kennels. My favorite part is the smile our dog seems to have on her face upon our return.... it lets us know that she was taken...
