The front desk staff was rude at check-in. We had to wait in line for 45 mins to check-in. They had no extra pillows, pool was closed, got a call from front desk at 11:30 at night saying they could not find our booking information and we needed to call expedia ourselves or we would have to leave.

Front desk was not friendly. Hallways smelled carpet was old and dirty. We heard other visitors complain what a damp we were all staying in. If we could have found another place to stay we would have checked out. We were afraid to sleep in the sheets instead slept on the very hard beds in our own sleeping bags. Breakfast was a joke! We will never stay at a Budget Inn again

Roaches in Bedroom, Broken Furniture, Limited Cable, Wi-Fi Password Didn't Work, Dirty Sheets, No Back-Up Generator for Loss of Electricity (which did occur during stay).

We will never stay at a Budget in, or any hotel that is rated 2 Stars, just because of the experience we had with the Budget Inn on Mcdowell Rd. Phoenix.
Cleanliness, Staff, Bugs, much more.
Didn't even stay after our experience the first night with the hotel itself and the staff.
