They quickly came out to give me an estimate. The plumber was friendly, very knowledgeable and thorough. Their estimate was lower than the two competing estimates I received. They started replacing the sewer main the next day and were able to finish the same evening whereas the other companies estimated 2-3 days to complete the job. Very prompt- called me within an hour and scheduled to come out the following day. He was on time and then realized that we did not have a leak but simply needed a new faucet head. He was very quick and the job was done correctly with a fair price.

"Excuse me, but you've been in the bathroom for several years!" You're right. And we're not coming out anytime soon. In that time we've gotten really good at what we do... which is plumbing. But I'll let you in on a little secret... We weren't always this good. Early on, we were only as good as what people "expected" from plumbers.
You know, show up "whenever, " perhaps track a muddy mess...
