uneasy feeling about this place- replaced old part which they took- new part looked nothing like stock part- stoker shut off within 3 hrs. of installation- called in another certified plumber which said that was not problem- went to owner and was told went about wrong and owed in full

I recently responded to an add by the owner of this company for two complete furnaces. I was assured both units were complete and operational and only needed one weld. I showed up to find a pile of junk that was missing multiple parts, and not enough parts from both units to make one good one.
