Just had the worst experience at #zoeskitchen Coppell Spent over $27 for lunch waited over 30 mins & they lost our order! We had to leave for Dr appointment without eating & NO REIMBURSEMENT!

First time here. No greeting from cashier. We stood awhile reading the menu. Never did cashier ask if she could help us with our decision. Not a great choice for speedy take out. I placed an online order today at 12:20 with the pick up time of 12:35, given by Zoe's. I arrived at 12:30, my "to go" order was not handed to me until 12:58. That Chicken Orzo soup Always....did I mention always brings me back to life! I've tried everything but the hummus. I'm not ready for that yet. I don't usually spend 10 dollars for soup, but I will each and every time. Thanks!
