My experience from Neiman Marcus downtown, Dallas to Newport Beach, California has always been excellent...from food to service...To start, consume...love the pop-overs...and my favorite is the chicken salad...great lunch & easy to have a conversation with friends without loud noise...

The food is really bad , my fish was cold inside and not cooked , the vegetables terrible . We waited for hours to received our orders and had to return my fish .

I have visited this café for many years when I am in Bal Harbour. This time the service was not efficient as before. The food was terrible. I wanted a BLT-no turkey they used chicken which was horrible-very dry inedible. The bread was not toasted...

Pricey but good food in a space that is an afterthought in Neiman's. Service is uneven but pleasant. Really not worth the price as it was not very special.
