Wayyyy too hot in there, every time. Please turn on the a/c. Some employees are nice, courteous, friendly and respectful. Others are rude, too rough, work too fast or work too slow. Only have one tv and it shows pictures. Why have it?! Should also offer water to your customers to drink if they want.

I've always been pleased with my service. Or course it depends on the nail tech and how long she's being doing them. Some are better than others.
