FANTASTIC KICKBOXING!! I can not rave more about the KICKBOXING class at Ziwak's! The class is an awesome cardio workout and FUN!! Nellie does an amazing job getting you motivated! Nellie not only is helping you get in shape, she is also teaching you self defense!! I have been going to the class for over a year and I have seen a huge change in myself!! I recommend that everyone try a class!!

Ziwak's has the best kickboxing class anywhere! I have been taking classes for almost a year and am addicted to the energy and positive attitude. Ziwak's Martial Arts is simply outstanding and I'm so proud to have my 7 year old son learn from the best.
