Owner will rip you off after insulting you

Owner is a liar, cheat and fraud. She'll tell your daughter that she won't sell the same dress to another girl at your school and then do it and you're daughter will be humiliated at the prom, like my friend's was.

I have never heard a positive review about Zinnis from anyone, online the good reviews sound suspiciously like they come from people who must know the owner personally. My own experience there was horrible. The owner is condescending, rude and nasty. If you don't have a Barbie doll body type don't go near the place, she'll make you feel bad about yourself and insult you.

A friend bought her mother of the bride dress there and after paying a small fortune for it and paying Zinni for extensive alterations, it fell apart at the seams and zipper on the day of the wedding! Of course there was no refund from this unscrupulous owner who is engaged to a disgraced former politician who was jailed for ripping off his constituents.

Please don't give Zinnis your hard earned money. You'll be sorry.

Rude snobs

About 2 weeks ago, my mother, younger sister and I visited Zinni's in search of a prom dress for my sister's junior prom. We arrived late in the evening due to me and my mother's work schedule, but the two young ladies working that evening gave us great customer service, allowing my sister to try on three dresses before they closed for the evening. After looking at the pictures we took, my sister was still undecided so I took her back yesterday to look some more. This time we arrived in the late afternoon and there were two different young ladies there as well as the owner. The owner looked at us as if we were trash the moment we walked in, but feigned "nice". She then goes on to question us as to what school my sister attended, our budget and who was paying for the dress. After answering her questions, I then relay to her that we wanted to look and possibly try on some dresses, but since my mother wasn't there, I wanted to take pictures so she could see and approve. The owner then goes on to tell me that they stopped letting people take pictures of the dresses last year. I didn't want to possibly get the other young in trouble so I didnt mention that when we came a couple weeks ago, we took pictures. She then went on to tell us that we could look but since my mother wasn't there, she was not allowed to try anything on. Now I am a 25 year old woman, with a husband, child and full time job who also attends school, so to say that me taking time out of day only to be told that I am not allowed to do something is very upsetting and insulting. The owner then went on to tell us snidely that if we see something we like my sister could come back with my mother and then try it on. She sends one of her employees to pull some dress for my sister to look at, and after pulling out to hideous dresses, the worker says "okay, I've showed you a couple, so you can feel free to just look around on your own" and walks off. After that another woman and her daughter walks in and receives very warm and welcoming help. To say that I felt we received subpar service is to say the least and I also feel that it may have been racial...
