Nice items; Terrible Service

Let me start by saying that this store has a good selection of attractive items. However, beyond that, the customer service is terrible. I went in and it took 25 minutes for someone to even come over to help me, and when I had a question, the saleslady had to ask her boss. It took him another 20 minutes to get to me. After looking at some sofas, I told them that I'd come back with my husband, and we agreed that I'd call to make sure that the owner was available to meet with me. I called back two days later, and I was informed that the owner is very busy at this time of the year doing design...
