I took my 2001 mustang in to have the windows tinted. The side windows were done nicely and I thought they did a good job on them. However they did a horrible job on the back window, the tint had jagged edges in the corners and didn't stay down very well. Also it peeled in the corners just after five days. I agree with you 100% on the statement you made about the horrible customer service, I stopped in after some work I had done to correct a over charge issue and I have never been treated more rudely in my life by a business owner. I'm surprised he is even still in business if he treats people that way.
