Their customer service was excellent and the employee who came to clean our carpets was extremely professional and thorough in getting out any stubborn carpet stains. Heard about this on the radio so I thought I would give it a try. They cleaned 3 rooms and a hallway. Sprayed something on the carpet prior to cleaning that they said "was not soap" smelled of citris. Cleaned and left. The carpet looked worse while they were cleaning due to being damp. Clean, fresh, soft, no more traffic patterns! Zerorez cleaned my carpets yesterday and I am thoroughly impressed with their work. Love the no soap technology. The technician was knowledgeable, fast, and on time. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!
