Mexican-born chef and restaurateur Richard Sandoval added an Asian accent to his modern Mexican repertoire for this chic restaurant and cocktail lounge that exudes a palpable sultry vibe. Boasting a lively open kitchen and a voyeuristic chef's counter that peers over Sandoval's culinary kingdom, it's an atmospheric restaurant that's always buzzing with convivial revelers. Funky and fresh, a hip cacophony of colors and textures defines this upscale loungey spot. A reddish-orange glow cascades over two rooms, loosely divided by a see-through grate....
Menu has changed for the worst. The food was bland, overcooked steak, under cooked fish, very small portions. Waited forever for drinks, and it was not very busy. The waitress was great, Zengo has gone down hill.

Zengo is a Latin American, Latin, and Japanese restaurant where most Menuism users paid between $25 and $50 and tipped more than 18%.
Asian: Mexico, Latin America, and Asia sit down to dinner at this bright, busy establishment. The menu is a veritable traffic jam of cuisines and flavors — ceviches, sushi, tiraditos (Peruvian sashimi), dim sum, and various Asian-Latin entrees. Perfect dishes for a first date, lemon-wasabi lobster potstickers or blue crab and avocado salad will get you talking (and sharing). Desserts are...
There's a small parking lot in the back of the restaurant.
In the back, a semi-private area hosts three tables. A modern, cozy lounge in front makes a great spot for a drink.
