Very poor customer service. Bought a massage certificate for my husband off of Groupon. We did not print out the certificate, as 1/3 of the page clearly says "save a tree, skip the paper and redeem from the Groupon app"

My husband went for the appointment & the rude lady at the desk refused him service, saying he needed it printed out!!! So I had to print it and rush to the salon for him...

Great atmosphere, and extremely professional and friendly staff. Lindsey White always provides my service. She is friendly and "knows her stuff!" She does an amazing job with my hair styling, and I love the highlights and low-lights she does for me! She also waxes and colors my eyebrows. Her facials are wonderful. I even tried the pedicures and gel nails. Love the gel nails!

Would NEVER recommend! Ownership is disrespectful and arrogant. My sister's wedding party foolishly booked their preparations at Zen Salon and there was a miscommunication on both parties of services to be provided. Instead of any sort of remorse, ownership decided to keep the deposit (only $200) and if there was a problem to lawyer up...
