The customer service here is AWFUL. Not once did the server smile, seem the slightest bit happy or even utter one thank you. It is consistently this way at this location, we have frequented this...

I love Zaxby's but the JC restaurant puts shame to the Zaxby's name. Every time I get food from there I'm nothing but disappointed. The fries are always soggy, or burnt, or both. The nibblerz meal...

What Zaxby's runs out of traditional wings.... I have had two okay experiences through the drive through but I had to wait for 20 minutes but they were nice and gave me a voucher for a free meal....

I am mostly a drive-thru diner at this location. The line does get a bit backed up during weekday lunchtime, but I think it is just due to the traffic. They are polite and I have never had them...
