Sorry to say that I am done with this location. Today, in a nearly empty store with no one in line, I was told that I couldn't have lemon for my tea because she would "have to cut one". Then, when I arrived home, there was no dressing for my salad. There was a lot of ketchup, but I only ordered a salad. I drove back and returned my meal for a refund. Never again.

This Zaxbys always screws up someway. I have given this place many chances, but no more. The main reason is the orders are not right and they do not give us sauces that go along with the order. I got a salad with ranch and they didn't put it in the bag, my husband ordered the chicken finger meal …

The cashiers at this Zaxby's are always so friendly and personable. During the last visit, she was telling me how to I could order my meal to save a little bit of money and wished me a great rest of my day. I appreciate that kind of service.

I went with a coworker to get lunch. I ordered the hottest wings on menu. The food was great but the wings were not as hot as I wanted.
