It was okay. I have been seen Zaxby's and I wanted to try it. It was not what I was expected. But, the service was fast and place was clean. Good parking space.

In the past, I had LOVED this zaxbys so much. The staff was very friendly and professional. The food was hot and fast. But recently it seems to be going downhill. The wait times are ridiculous....

Thank God ya'll removed the ask for id with every card purchase . That was so racist in the stonecrest area when no other zaxbys does that!

Yep...definitely the worst shopping experience EVER. From the time I walked in the store, signage was wrong, associates were not helpful. Just bad customer service all around. I made a purchase...
