Drive thru is always so slow it's ridiculous. Multiple times I've had to leave after waiting 15 min due to having to pick up my son from daycare

I've been in this place several times and i have to say that is always very friendly and clean ,the food is always fresh and tasty i really recommend this Zaxby's to everyone

Service was a little slow the day I visited. Took 15 minutes to make it through the drive-thru line and there isn't a lot of parking.

Service friendly.. a little slow. Got the Zensation Zalad. What a fabulous combination of flavors. It is a seasonal item. Fresh and hot spring/egg roll on the side is like the cherry on top....
