I come to Zaxby's all the time. I love their salad and fingers, chips, cheese bite etc. It makes me sad that instead of telling everyone how great their food is. They felt the need to trash...

Tried 15 minutes to order online. App did not work well. Kept clearing out cart when I tried to order. Very frustrating. Store loses large tailgate order to crappy online ordering.

I'm a regular there. They have good days and bad days, but it's pretty good for the most part. Prices are high, but that's a corporate issue.
