This place is right down the street from my office so its convenient to just pop in through the drive through real quick. Staff is always friendly. I always get the house grilled chicken salad...

The restaurant is clean and staff are pleasant, but the one thing they absolutely can't do here is cook chicken. The only reason I go here is because my daughter likes the food, but I avoid it...

Good food but I called in an order yesterday for pickup today at 4:30. Got here to pick up at 4:25, couldn't find the orders. Still not ready 15 minutes later.

I'm from dc where we have the Zaxby's commercials however no Zaxby's within driving distance. So I was super excited when I was visiting friends in Charlotte and there was an Zaxby's 8 mins away....
