I've grown up in Zarda and it's usually pretty good. I tried the Limited Reserve Burnt Ends today and I'm pretty sure they were using chuck roast instead of brisket.

Unique flavor, not your generic chain flavored BBQ. Meal was served promptly, hot, and with a smile. I appreciate their genuine intentions making my meal there enjoyable.
