poor quality clothing

I used to shop here allot until I bought a sports jacket that after 3 months the pockets broke and the color started fading, they refused to replace the jacket even though it was clearly defective.

This is one of my favorite stores in the area. They are one of only a few companies that do not outsource their merchandise production. Bravo for that! Its one of the major reasons I like this store in addition to the great selection, cutting edge styles and (for the most part): helpful staff, (with the exception of the folks who run the dressing rooms who can at times be a tinge rude)....
