Dr. Nkwonta and all of his staff are very nice, down-to-earth friendly, and professional. I like going there because they put me at ease, let me know what needs to be done, how much it's going to cost and my share of the cost. 3, 5 hours appointment for 2 crowns; 2 hours in pain, 6 attempts for taking impressions including 4 attempts to place the temporary crowns; and finally, they look horrible.

It took 3 times ( every hour) to anesthetize (numb up) both tooth and the gum tissue.

The concerns/complains/suggestions - were not taking seriously.

The doctor is very good.
