3 weeks to resize a ring half a size??? Absolutely ridiculous. I had it sized down 2.5 sizes in less than a week at the Orland Park Zales. If I'm REQUIRED to get my ring resized by Zales (lest it void the warranty), you could at least do it in a timely manner.

I appreciate a jewelry store for real people.Those of us who don't have $$$$ to impress their baby mama can appreciate a store that can sell you beautiful jewelry without taking every cent you have .The shopping center location is convenient.The staff was friendly, though they will apply gentle pressure to sell you the lifetime service plan.
