But if purchasing the warranty - don't plan on losing any paperwork because they will tell you without it you cannot take advantage of it. they do not keep your information in their system. But yet they manage to somehow keep your information in their system to remind you of it... ??? go figure. Also when asked to be taken off of their call list because...

My fiance and I decided to buy my engagement ring from Samuels in the mall... What a HORRIBLE idea! They drew us in because of the 5 year no interest offer, but we soon realized how cruddy their quality of jewelry was. My engagement ring broke for the FIRST time two months after I had gotten it. Then, two months later, it broke AGAIN!!! It took them a week to get it fixed, once we got it back...

Zales Jewelers is a great jewelry store conveniently located in the Sikes mall. They have beautiful pieces at fairly reasonable prices. If you are looking for something for Valentine's Day, I suggest you stop by and take a look! Very friendly help as well!
