Zales is not the way to go for jewelry/diamonds

I bought jewelry from Zales at the Parks and an expensive lifetime warranty that allowed for me to have a yearly diamond adjustment, rhodium plating and cleaning. They gave me a thermal receipt as proof of purchase which fades after a few months. When I brought the receipt in to Valley View for my last cleaning and informed the manager of the issue, she assured me that I would be able to...
