Dr. Yeo is old-school. He won't try to upsell you ...he is very honest.This office has been here for more than 20 yrs.

To make it short: Dr. Yeo could easily be considered a butcher. I have never known so much pain in my life. - and I thought childbirth was painful! The novocaine did not work. Even though I told him I was not numb at all, he just kept on going!

I was scared of dentists before .. now, I'm terrified!

Many years ago, I had all 4 impacted wisdom teeth removed on the same day. Years later, I got to experience my one and only root canal - get this, I did that root canal with no Novocaine! Today, I had one tooth extracted, never have I experienced so much pain at the hands of a dentist. The lip side of my mouth was numb, but not the tongue side. Never even got seen by Dr. they do not allow parents back in the room during exam, they expected you to send your young child (mine are 6 and younger) back while you wait in the waitng room. In my mind this is completely unexceptable and they should not call themselves a family dentist, I fell this is the reason my HMO set me up with them seeing that I have three young children.
