RUDE and condesending man! I walked in and asked if my favorite sandals (that had cracked on the bottom) could be re-soled. Not a stupid question to ask a Cobbler right? WRONG! He could not have been more rude and when I told him he didn't have to be an asshole, he shrugged and walked to the back room. Yup.... BYE to you to.
