Update: Card was charged properly and the hold was removed with no issues or double charges. Thats pretty quick turnaround. :)

Purchased climate control unit at the 141 location. Two day's after paying a moving company almost $3k to move in, the unit leaked. In addition, humidity levels were in the high 50's which can promote mold. Called the main office many times for help but they never responded or acknowledged my call until three days later. Called Mike Gray at the Corporate Office on Monday who showed concern for the leak but NO Concern for my belongings. Got the ""Never had a mold problem"" speech.

With concerns of Mold I moved out quickly to another facility that has humidity thresholds and...
