Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. My refrigerator thermostat vent bad and he installed new one very quick. His estimate was very accurate and fair. Would recommend then and for sure use them again for any appliance repairs
technician was very professional. He explained what was going on with our dryer. In addition to identifying and fixing our broken heating element, He identified a significant problem with our clogged vent line, which was not even the reason for the call. We found him to be very thorough, honest, professional, and personable.
As a property manager and homeowner, I would HIGHLY recommend Alex to perform any and all appliance repairs! He is honest, timely, and very professional and will go out of his way to make the client happy. His charge is better priced than most and he stands behind his service. Mark not only called back on a Sunday, but offered to come out that day! I never expected to have service on a Sunday at no extra charge.

I called Mark because our dishwasher was making awful noises. I was very, very happy with my choice! Someone else mentioned his honesty, and I couldn't agree more. He was fair, true to his word, on time and very, very pleasant. He had the part (the ENTIRE motor assembly he had on hand!), fixed the problem immediately and his price was exceptional. I highly recommend him.
Mark did a great job and worked around our schedule. He did the job on time. Repair rate was reasonable too. We would recommend him to anyone that has a appliance problem.
