Young's used to be a great place to do business in Ridgefield. Then about 6 or 7 years ago things started to change. They lost John Deere and really cut down on their product offerings. They used to have EVERYTHING a gardener needed and the rental center was a nice complement. But now it's not worth the trip. There are better rental centers with nicer staff and a better selection of equipment....

After many nightmarish experiences with tractor repair shops it was so refreshing to work with Young's. They went the extra mile to repair, pick-up and drop-off promptly and delivered a well running tractor, all professionally and within a week. They made my business their business. I would recommend this company to anyone!

This is a great little store that packs in quite an array of products.....power equipment, lawn and garden supplies, wild bird food and feeders, pet food, deer repellents ( a must! ) and other stuff I'm probably missing. They can be a little short on help occassionaly, but they do their best to hustle when they are busy ( spring time mostly). I find they are very competetive with their prices...
