I thought Dr. Smithberger and the nurses were wonderful. However the office staff especially Donna were rude, unaccomadating and unprofessional. My past experience with the office staff has me looking for a new doctor unfortunately.

I thought Erica was great but her office personal pretty much suck.i been out of work and a month ago they call me back and I owe and outstanding of 250.00. I had appointment this Friday and was going to pay some of my Bal. And my copayment and they won't let keep my appointment till it's payed in full so they care about the money more than the people!!!!!!
