Receptionist on the phone was annoying. She kept saying "Are you sure you're going to come?" I was in the middle of giving her my contact information when she asked AGAIN "Are you sure you're going to come?" I said "You know what ... forget it. I'm not coming."
Lame.
She also had trouble giving me directions to the clinic and assumed I knew where Longs Drugs was located.
