I always enjoy visiting the YMCA - yesterday I drove over from central WI to bring my grandkids to swim lessons and watching them swim. Unfortunately there was a bathroom accident in the pool. :-( The staff were calm, very gracious and apologetic. There was no need to be because accidents do happen! I look forward to my next visit!

I think the YMCA is very disrespectful I have autistic daughter I have passes for me and my family except my daughter that I get on the weekends and they couldn't even give me a day pass for my child so it kind of ruined my kids event we're all ready to go and have fun but they couldn't help me out with something for my one child was only six years old

I travel a good distance to this YMCA because of the people. Also, the equipment is up-to-date and the layout of the building is to my liking.

My 4 year old son was scared of the water and didn't want to go in. His instructor, Taylor took the time to understand his fear and worked with him to get in the water very slowly the 1st few times by playing games and then by the end of the session my son couldn't get enough of the water!
