Cheap and very good

Simple, but nice. Good location. Walk distance from Market Street. Walk distance to Union square. Easy and close to get the cable cars to Bay area. From there you can visit the peers and small shops there. Close to the Shopping at Market Street. Close to restaurants, mini markets, pharmacy and several good services.
