Used to be a 5, now a 1-\-\ I loved Zumba, but the only good Zumba instructor is gone and many of us regulars are taking it elsewhere. Very few really fun cardio options. I used to love coming here, so it's sad.

This is by far the best Y I've ever experienced!
It's not just the new facility, that is important, but the total package of friendly staff, programs and so many options available to the membership.
I especially like seeing so many young people at our Y from barely walking "little people" to "teenagers".

Such a great experience each and every day at our Y!!

I love this place. Three times a week it's my shot of positive energy! The lap swim gets my joints limber the Silver Sneakers classes are just the right challenge for my ageing body. The views of fields, sky and the kids tearing around the playground as well as everyone working on looking after their bodies are the best medicine!
