One of the best thing about the Y, in my opinion, is Yvonne Tierney. She is a fantastic personal trainer as well as a fabulous Treadmill/Spin/TRX instructor. Her qualifications and knowledge surpass most instructors/trainers I've worked with in the past and she always has great insight and motivation to keep me on my fitness routine week after week.
