Needless to mention that sweating kills many toxins of our body. I have been doing the cycling excercise on my excercise bicycle at home for the last 12 years. Really speaking this excercise has yielded me a lot including the ''''guinness world records''''' of cycling a distance of 140525 kilometeres. Great setup, great equipment, great gym! But god help your soul if you attempt to go during peak hours. Get here during the day if at all possible!

it would be great to post on facebook or website when the schedule for the pool changes from the printed schedule/ published one...ie for the swim meet today, free swim was cancelled but didn't know until we walked in the door.
