Always helpful at the front desk (Daytime especially). Always lean towels, and sanitizer available. Most regulars are kind about weight use, and allowing others to work through. Very little intimidation. Good range of excercise equipment that is repaired almost immediately. Nice pool. Basketball courts. I would like to see these types of establishments get more of the recognition they deserve....

The Benbrook YMCA used to feel crowded and always packed. They have since did a major remodel. Opening up the main workout area. There are plenty of treadmills, free weights, and other equipment.…

sports Lilaguide

The staff is real nice, but the sports programs tend to be a bit disorganized. If you can be flexible, its a great experience.

Take the same money and Buy a Bowflex instead. Skip the YMCA. Too much waiting, too crowded, and who wants contracts? I used to be a member, but bought a Bowflex, now I can exercise at 3 am and not wait behind other people sweating on machines.
