I love the Young YMCA. The morning swimming coach, Iilonga is fabulous! I fell in love with swimming thanks to him. And there's nothing like spin class with Jarvis. Got a bike and waiting for the 800 calorie party!

I love the staff and the classes. Have lost 40 pounds so far. Shout out to my figure 8 instructor Shane and my coach approach coach Tasha!

The Andrew & Walter Young Family YMCA provides a recreational haven for the Cascade community. The YMCA offers an indoor pool, a fitness center, a studio for group exercise classes, basketball courts, an indoor running track, an outdoor children's playground and an indoor children's play center. A variety of programs are available for children, teens and adults, as well as summer day camps.
