U call 2hours in advance and they still are late. How are u always busy? This place made me late for work and I will never recommend it to my mortal enemy. Wish it was possible to give it no stars

This has got to be a joke. Does anyone even work there? Always "busy". Its ludicrous. If the taxis are so damn busy, how come there are always at least 20 drivers sitting and eating cheeseburgers at the Springfield bus terminal? VERY rude. I work for a hotel and I need to call for guests constantly. No more. I am not calling yellow cab for any of our guests anymore. It's not worth the effort / half the time I get hung up on saying they wont do the call. I'm going Ace for all our guests now. Their loss on all the work / money. I was almost run off the road by a yellow cab.he intentionally tried to cause harm with no regard for public safety nor his passengers in the cab. I feel like filing a police report.

My girlfriend and I waited a hour and 45 minutes for a cab. We called to see where the cab was and they said they sent one but "didn't know what happened" the woman was rude and distasteful. WORST CAB SERVICE EVER!!! If I could chose no stars I would!
