Caught a cab today because my car is in the shop, and had a Horrible experience with Yellow Cab! It took them 40 minutes to pick me up, making me late for work, and then charged me $12! For a 10 minute ride, just because my destination was 4 miles outside the loop. RIDUCULOUS. Also, the driver hung up on me when I called to ask how long he would be to pick me up!

I called for a cab the other night they told me about 20mins. Two hours later the cab showed up when i told the driver i did not need them now they told me that they would not ever be a cab send out to my address again

I like this cab sevice. They were always kind. They were always prompt i never have to wait very long. All the drivers were very frienly.
