I am not even talking about the drivers, but the office staff! I called to have a taxi come to my house and pick me up to get me to a ferry for the next day in the morning and was told they could not guarantee me a driver would get here in time for me to make my ferry. That they would come the next day but they could not set a time! WTH? Then I tried to ask a few questions and they started...
